How the programme unfolded
The account in sequence, from request to what followed.
- 01Background
Why the programme was requested
A partner setting approached Thrivewell with a specific concern: learners and staff needed a structured space to talk about pressure, wellbeing and where to seek help. Before any session was scheduled, the team agreed the purpose, the audience and the boundaries of what the activity could reasonably address.
- 02Preparation
Planning, consent and safeguarding checks
Delivery dates, facilitator roles and safeguarding routes were confirmed in writing. Consent arrangements for participation and for any photography were agreed with the setting in advance, and a referral pathway was put in place for anyone who needed follow-up support beyond the session.
- 03Delivery
What took place on the day
Facilitators delivered the agreed sessions across the planned period. Attendance was recorded at the point of delivery, and facilitators kept notes on what was covered, what was adapted in the room and any issues that needed escalation under the safeguarding route.
- 04What followed
Records checked before publication
Attendance and activity notes were reconciled against the delivery plan before anything was published. Where a record was incomplete, the entry says so rather than estimating. These figures describe delivery only, and are not presented as evidence of change.
An output is a clear account of what Thrivewell delivered: the programme or activity, the setting, the delivery period, the format and the people who participated. This may include a counselling awareness session, an educational guidance workshop, a school outreach visit, a community programme or an organisational partnership activity.
Each published entry should identify the source record and explain what was counted. Attendance is not presented as an outcome, and a participation figure is not published until the underlying record has been checked. Where an activity is still being documented, the entry will say so rather than fill the gap with an assumption.
This approach gives partners and participants a useful record of delivery while protecting privacy. Public reporting uses aggregate information and removes unnecessary identifying detail.
